MU88 Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Player", "Member", or "User") and MU88 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By registering for and using the MU88 platform, you agree in full to all terms contained in this document.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following are key definitions:

• MU88 Platform refers to the website mu88-khelo.com and all associated digital services.
• Member Account refers to the account registered by the user on the MU88 platform.
• Account Funds refers to the MYR balance available in a player's account at any given time.
• Games covers all slots, live casino, table games, fishing games, sports betting, e-sports, and any other form of digital entertainment available on MU88.
• Bonus refers to any free credits, bonus cash, or other benefits granted by MU88 to a Member.
• Rollover / Turnover refers to the total wagering requirement that must be met before a player is eligible to withdraw funds derived from a Bonus.

These terms apply to all players accessing the MU88 platform from Malaysia, regardless of the method of access (desktop, mobile phone, or tablet). Continued use of the MU88 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the MU88 platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of account registration.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or be located in a country where use of the MU88 platform is not prohibited under local law.
• Not legally prohibited from participating in gambling or betting activities.
• Has never had an account closed at MU88 for fraud, abuse, or breach of terms.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party or company while using the platform.

If MU88 determines that you do not meet any of the eligibility requirements stated above, MU88 reserves the right to close your account immediately and forfeit any associated winnings or balances.

During the MU88 account registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. False or inaccurate information provided during registration may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of winnings.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your MU88 account password confidential. MU88 recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when you are done playing, especially on shared devices.
• Notify the MU88 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

MU88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their account login credentials. All activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless there is clear evidence to the contrary.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on MU88. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated balances and winnings without any refund.

All financial transactions on the MU88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). MU88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• The standard maximum withdrawal is RM 50,000 per day and RM 200,000 per week. Higher limits may be available for VIP members.
• All withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes after verification is complete.
• First withdrawals from a new account may require additional identity verification before they can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit. MU88 will not process withdrawals to a payment method that differs from the one used to deposit.

MU88 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicions of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of our terms. In such cases, MU88 may require additional supporting documents before the withdrawal is processed.

MU88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms:

Rollover Requirements

• Welcome Bonus: 15x rollover requirement on the total bonus amount received, within 14 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Reload Bonus: 10x rollover requirement within 7 days.
• Weekly Cashback: Just a 1x rollover requirement within 3 days — the most player-friendly terms around.
• Free Spin Bonus: Winnings from free spins are subject to a 20x rollover within 7 days.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless MU88 states otherwise in writing.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged directly for cash.
• MU88 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of having been obtained through fraud, system abuse, or coordination across multiple accounts.
• Rollover contributions vary by game category. Slots contribute 100%, table games and Live Casino contribute 10%–20%, and Sports Betting contributes 50%.
• The maximum bet limit while a bonus rollover is active is RM 50 per round for slots and RM 200 per bet for sports. Winnings exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.

Bet Confirmation & Cancellation

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless the Cash Out option is available and exercised by the player before the match concludes.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• If a match kicks off earlier than the scheduled time and bets have been placed at the original odds, MU88 reserves the right to confirm or void those bets at its discretion.

Odds & Payouts

• All odds displayed on the MU88 platform are in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed by the system.
• Once a bet is confirmed with a "Bet Successful" notification, the odds applied are those at the time of confirmation, not at the time the request was submitted.
• The maximum win from a single sports betting ticket is RM 500,000. Winnings exceeding this limit will be reduced to the set maximum.

Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting is available for Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, tennis, basketball, and esports. Live bets are subject to additional conditions:

• MU88 reserves the right to suspend or reject live bets at any time for technical or operational reasons.
• Bets placed after a decisive event has occurred (e.g., a goal that has already been scored) but before the system is updated may be voided by MU88 with no penalty to the player.

All casino games on MU88 — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, fish shooting, and game shows — run on licensed software from internationally recognised providers that are independently audited. Game transparency and fairness are a top priority at MU88.

Return to Player (RTP) Percentage

Casino Betting Limits

MU88 players are required to use the platform responsibly, honestly, and in compliance with all applicable rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• The use of automation software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the MU88 platform.
• Cooperation between two or more players to exploit the game system, bonuses, or bets (collusion).
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to gain unauthorised access.
• Any attempt to hack, clone, or replicate the MU88 system in any form.
• Use of abusive language, threats, or harassment directed at support staff or other players.
• Transferring funds between different MU88 accounts to circumvent rollover requirements or withdrawal limits.

All content on the MU88 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, game software, and all other visual elements — is the exclusive property of MU88 or licensed to MU88 by the respective third-party providers.

Players are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any part of MU88's content for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from MU88. Screenshots for personal use are allowed but may not be published publicly.

MU88 provides its betting platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, downtime, or system errors at all times.

MU88 will not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from the player's internet connection failure.
• Indirect losses, incidental damages, or loss of anticipated profits.
• Third-party actions that affect the use of the MU88 platform.
• Technical errors beyond MU88's reasonable control.

MU88's maximum liability in any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by the player into their MU88 account within the 30 days preceding the claim.

MU88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspicious activity potentially involving fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Voluntary closure at the player's own request.

Voluntary Account Closure Procedure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their MU88 account should contact the MU88 support team via Live Chat or email. Before closure, please ensure all eligible winnings have been withdrawn and that there are no active bonuses linked to the account. Any valid remaining balance will be returned within 5 business days after the closure request is approved.

MU88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the MU88 website.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the MU88 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration.
